We focus on solving business problems which when unlocked, lead to direct improvements. Examples of projects we’ve undertaken include development of a regulatory regime in oil and gas, start up of a life sciences company and value chain simplification in consumer goods.


We are particular about the work we take on, as we derive satisfaction from adding value to our clients, rather than presenting analysis and moving on. We therefore happy if our advisory relationships turn out to be longer than we had originally envisaged, and we actively seek to maintain only a short client list.
